Favorite Books of 2014 (so far…)

I’ve read a few YA books lately that were so amazing, I just had to share with you guys.

1. We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

I can’t tell you much about this book without spoiling it. In fact, all I can really tell you is that there’s a private island, family money, OH SO MUCH drama, and that it will blow. your. mind.

2. Like No Other by Una LaMarche

This one comes out in July, and holycrapballs is it GOOD. It’s like a modern-day Westside Story. His family is from the West Indies and wants him to be the first in the family to go to college, she’s a Hasidic Jew facing the reality of an arranged marriage. They get stuck together in an elevator during a hurricane, and then you JUST CAN’T TEAR YOURSELF AWAY! Think Eleanor & Park set in Brooklyn. 18667862

 3. Wish You Were Italian by Kristin Rae

This book is so wonderful, it will take you to Italy without having to get out of your pajamas. A fantastic main character, hot boys, gelato…what else is there to say? 18042393
