I thought I’d share what I’m making for dinner tonight. It’s simmering on the stove now, and smells INCREDIBLE. I snuck/sneaked (I say snuck, but everyone tells me I’m wrong) a taste and it was divine.
You can find the recipe here on skinnytaste.com. It’s super simple. I left out the green beans (because I’m five years old), mushrooms (allergic), and used lactose free milk (intolerant. To lactose, not people. I love people. Well…that was awkward.)
I love soup because you can eat the leftovers for days and it still tastes good. Now, if only it wasn’t, like, eighty degrees right now in the freaking middle of January….
